Terms and Conditions
Rate Calculation
All our rates are in pounds sterling and are exclusive
of VAT which will be charged for all services except coach/ minivan
chauffeur driven services and chauffeurs Gratuity, which are exempt.
Parking charges (e.g. at airports) are not included and will be
charged at cost.
- Mileage charges are calculated as actual driven
mileage recorded by the chauffeur
- Time charges will be rounded up to the nearest
15 minutes.
- All charges start and finish at the originating
TMC Chauffeur Services location. Our base in Cardiff.
The Point to Point rate is chargeable on all direct journeys that
originate and / or terminate outside the Cardiff Area.- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Services provided by affiliates Worldwide have
varying terms and conditions; due to the large number of countries
served we would not be able to cover them all here. However, our
terms may be used as a guide. Please ask for further information
at the time of booking.
Cellular Phones
Mobile phones are available in all cars for client use. All calls
are charged at £1.50 per minute
Bank Holidays
A surcharge of 25% will be made for services provided on Bank or
Public Holidays and 100% on Christmas day.
Minimum rental period
A minimum charge applies for all services. See rates for details.
Cancellation charges
Cancellations received within 2 hours of the commencement of the
service and no shows will be charged at either the airport transfer
or minimum charge rate.
Chauffeurs overnight accommodation.
When it is necessary for our chauffeurs to spend the night away
a fixed charge of £75.00 (exc. VAT) will apply.
Gratuities
A discretionary chauffeurs gratuity of 10% will be added to your
invoice. Please advise us at the time of booking if you wish to
opt out of this payment.
